About Christmas in Clunes

Started in 2016, the very first Christmas in Clunes was put together by a Working Party made up of traders and residents; and the support of local businesses as sponsors, or participants.  Clunes Neighbourhood House auspiced the activities, and the festival (as it turned into) received additional support from the Council, and also the Bendigo Bank.  It took us over 300 hours to develop the displays and put up the decorations; and more than 3 days to take them down again.  Countless people (too many to name even though we’d love to thank everyone individually!) helped decorate the town, or entertain people on each of the Friday evenings throughout December.
